Just got my madden 06 for playstation 2....LOL

Guess I'm hitting Software Etc. after the gym tonight

I play Madden...A LOT! Not like the losers on that one MTV documentary but I play it about 3-4 nights after work.

 

Dont know yet, just got home "had to leave work early" lol.....Im about to check it out in a few minutes....Thunder_sti

 

damn i got mines at midnite.. the game is pretty good....

 

I remember my friends having a whole day Madden event... round robin, then it's the tournament. We played from 8am to 12am... It was f**kin' awesome.

 

So how slow is it on the PS2? I mean slow by how long do things take to load and how long simulating seasons takes.

I didn't do the hard drive mod for my PS2 so this is a big concern.

 

Its pretty fast compare to a comp. game unless your computer is really tricked out.

 

When ever we had a little time off in IRAQ thats what we would do...get in to a tourney of madden or texas holdem and just go at it to help relieve stress for a couple of hours..lol

 

yeop, we had madden tournaments (on xbox). $10 to enter, 12-man tourney. Was good fun... you guys play pipito up there?? (filipino poker)

 

yeap...I learned how to play it w/ my local battle buddies...

 

Awesome game....especially the nEw feature of QB vision....

 

^^^It's a little tricky at first but you get the hang of it and can always disable it.

I love the new Madden '06!

No more long waits for it to load and simulate!

I'm doing Superstar mode right now...awesome!
