Sorry bud,

Wasn't trying to blow you off, but you've got to understand I was about 10 steps away from a stroke and a heart attack.

That was my 1SG ahead of me kicking me in the ***. My run is for ****.

hey, we can all go running sometime!
we have to get the fat guys (Mike and Ed) out there too. Then when we see how slow they are, we won't feel so bad!

Maybe we could go to a different place every weekend. Someplace beautiful to look at.

Sean, do you happen to know what min/mile pace you run at? I'm probably about 7:30 per mile but that would be a pretty fast pace for me.

When I really push myself right now, ... I run the mile and a half in just under 10 min, ... so maybe about 6:30 something for a mile. But that too is a fast pace for me, and I doubt I would want to run that for more than a few miles!!
But I am getting more and more out of shape, that's why I'd like to go run more often, .... of course I need to eat better and stop drinking so often too!

I'm down for running whenever (whenever I'm not sleeping that is )
We should do this, and get a few of us together, ... b/c I Know some people need to!

I need to get back into the running thing. I've been going to the gym and skipping the track lately. I'm probably a bit faster than some of you (Please do not take that as an invite to get into a pissing contest, it's just an observation), but I always like company for some runs. I also live right next to Dan and Pat.

What do you say? A nice, slow 4 mi run on the N Shore Saturday morning? 630 or 7 am. Then we can go to a diner I know of for breakfast.

Taht sounds fun. I have a car wash afterwards, but that's cool. Breakfast is even better. Let me know the details. My noisy wife might come along?
