anyone knows which lug nuts are good? thinking of picking up one, not sure if i should get the extended ones or the short ones? thanks for your advice...

It's all looks, and what kind of wheels/studs you are running. If you have extended studs you would need open ended lugs to clear them. Also, getting a Tapered lug is important if you ever plan on running anything but WRX stockers.
One of the best lugs you can buy.

Tough choices. If you really get down to it, a cheap set of Muteki's will do the job. I've got a set of Titanium extended Muteki's right now and they're fine........I mean they hold my wheels on. They have a cool color/look to them and were like $65 shipped. I've also run a set of Project Kics Caliber 24's. <<< They were by far my nicest looking lugs. They looked purty, and had the whole 7 sided thing going on (for safety reasons), but at the end of the day, they just held my wheels on, just like the Muteki's did. I also ran McGards on the Lexus, and they were cool too. They were lightweight, and the cool thing is that they have that rotating seat area, so they don't damage the wheels finish when torqued down. They're priced in between the Muteki's and the Project Kics.
I recently ordered new wheels for the wife'sFoz, so I needed a new set of lugs. For what it's worth, I bought another set of Mcgards. Light weight, decently priced, and doesn't damage the wheel finish. Works for me.

lol... not that durty. looks pretty though. seriously, mcguards are good enough. if you get spline drive ones, it will give you an advantage if you decide to switch rims out that need narrow ones. it all has to do with preference and "the look".

I've had Rays lug nuts on my Subaru and my Corvette. Pricey, but light and strong. The lugs in the WRX pic are before I bought the Rays. Just showing the resemblance between the two cars.
