4" turboxs DP
3" turboxs DP back
Stock sti axleback
HKS Bov
No tune.

dont take it wrong but running all of that w/o a tune is probably a major culprit to the boost problem... and is probably ****ing up your engine

you need a tune ASAP or you're really playing with fire good luck

1. Revert back to stock, save up for your parts, then protune.
2. Buy an AP and go stage 2

Yeah pretty much rule of thumb you put on parts now there is problem means your ecu doesn't like the parts. Remove parts disconnect battery wait 10 mins and reconnect battery car should be fine. I would wait till you get your tune and install all parts right before tune.

Check vac lines. Also if possible revert to stock bpv just to be sure.

My guess is your POS BOV is leaking vac which is preventing your BCS from operating properly.

Is it safe to DD? Uhh.... How much do you care about your 20k investment? Because with those parts you are going to be running leaner than normal in boost situations resulting in greater chance of melting a piston, detonation, and the super common ring land failure.

You gotta pay to play, putting on parts before you can tune for them is a noob move.

looking for advice on a forums is pointless without data. however, some people made good points about your lack of tune. personally I would start with in ensuring your car is healthy, then run some data logs. data tells everything or at the very least gives you a starting point.

i got the car with a bov and a downpipe. i just switched out the DP to the one i wrote above because it came with a jerryrig exhaust. it didnt come with an accessport or anything. had taken care of other issues with the car before attempting to get an AP. ive been reading on forums about dd with a TBE, im not saying im right but im just asking, concerned, and wanted to know if it were the cause of the lack of tune. just wanted to know your guys experienced opinions, thanks guys! i will invest in an AP asap.

are you sure you don't have anything else like a MBC perhaps? if not then check for burnt or leaking hoses and exhaust leaks to the turbo. maybe take some really good pics of your engine bay and post em.

The previous owner prolly had a ap and knew it was a couple 100 $ in his pocket so he unmarried n sold it. I would never run a dp without a ap or tune.. I wouldnt even run a bov with a ap map either. Get a oem bpv asap. Like stated above, u r prolly runnin lean as hell.
