Unhappy Lost Turbo.... =(

Hey guys this has been going on for 2 days now...

NOTE: Alex is not to blame for this. He has made every attempt to help me out as best has he can in this situation.

On Decemrber 09, 2002 my turbo was supposed to be delivered to my home according to the tracking information listed below from www.usps.com.

I've been working with the post office since the 9th to try and figure out [colWTF happened to my Turbo! Currently I've spoken to about 4~5 people there and I get all the same answer.

"give me your name, your number, your address and we will get back to you"

"someone by the name of Ray will call you today with all of that information"

The funny thing is that "Ray" is NEVER there!

Anyone else that lives in the Kapolei area that had joined this GB having the same problem? Or for that matter anyone else having the same problem as I am?

I'm just trying to hold back the rage that is building up inside.... I think that I'm going to go "Postal" pretty soon!

Yeah, this is BS. I mean if thats the case, then I wanna be a postman and I will just keep all the shipments. That was one of the reasons I added the tracking feature to it.

Let me know how it goes, like I said, I will not let you hanging if it really is lost.

i had a friend who ordered a camera, had it shipped usps, who delivered it to the wrong address and the tracking info said "package delivered". Turns out the lady at the wrong house was off island for a few days, and the camera sat in front of her door the whole time! Luckily she was a good person, and delivered it to my friend when she got home. Sooooper lucky! I'm sure that yours will turn up.

Hang in there Jon. Think of it this way, you'll be that much happier when your turbo finally does come in.

I spoke with HI post office as well.

Its weird. Its marked as delivered but it is not.

Also, I asked about those pink slips that they leave and ask you to come to the post office if no one is home. Obviously, the box is too big to fit in the mail box. They said it is up to the carrier to decide.

But thats the catch, because the carrier doesn't remember delivering it anywhere.

WTF?

I mean they can just keep all the pacakges and claim they are lost?

Anyway, he said to wait a bit and see if it turns out. Any help is appreciated, since turbo's don't grow on X-mas trees.

Thanks Ralph I'll give you a call later tonight.

Those BASTARDS at the post office don't know what the **** they are talking about...

before I had Alex call they told me two different stories.

1] the carrier said that SHE left it in my mail box

I said that there is not way that a 15 lb box will fit in a standard size mail box

2]then they told me that she doesn't remeber dropping it off anywhere just like they told Alex

damn this sucks!!!

thanks for all your help guys

Dude... they did not drop off the package to my house becase my brother was home all day on the day that it was supposed to be dropped off on. and since the carrier person doesnt remeber dropping it off that means that it never got dropped off. I mean they don't deliver 15lb boxes daily i think she would remember.
