Local guy on the Ring

Hallo!! I'm a long time lurker. I have a 2005 STi and I'm stationed in Germany. I was finally able to capture some video of me on the Nurburgring. I hope you enjoy. Each video is about 9 minutes long.

I'm thinking that it's a harness bar of some sort like a sparco or other brand since it's behind the seat holding the camera.

Thanks for the kind words.

I'm a regular on iwsti.com. You can veiw my mods in my signature here:

http://www.iwsti.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61196

The white STi in the 2nd and 3rd video is a 04, driven by a Major, also stationed at Ramstein Air Base. While I have a best lap of 8:5x, he can do 8:1x!! He has KW coilovers and pretty much all the suspension mods you can do. Plus he runs Yokoahama A034's... Stock motor.

He also has over 200 laps on the Ring. I have close to 50...

I used this:

I know all it is a bent piece of metal, but this guy put in all the R&D into making it fit right. So I thought I would support him and purchase one.

For anyone interested in seeing video from the White 04 STi, click here:

http://www.iwsti.com/forums/showpost...2&postcount=45

He uses a Chasecam connected to a regular camcorder. He doesn't have any sound, but his video quality is top-notch!!

Please enjoy.
