USAA but you either have to be in the military, reserves, or retired military my APR is just over 4%..Which is fine by me.

Navy FCU I have a 1.9 % APR, but just like USAA you must be in the military.

the majority of crit unions are in the 4% apr range for 60 months. if you choose to go 72 months or more ususally the points go up about .5%. if you shop the banks most will be generally 1% higher.

here are some good credit unions that i have done business with in past.
Hawaii State FCU, Hickam FCU, Hawaii USA FCU, UH FCU, Hawaiian Tel FCU, Windward Community FCU- to name a few. most require a small amount to open a savings account.

keep in mind that credit scores for most credit unions has to be at the minimum of 600-650. your rates will vary in the banks depending on your score. if you have a 700 or higher, you usually have access to better rates.
