LCD television?

Hey guys,

Anyone know where is the best place to pick up an LCD television for a good price...I'm trying to play my XBOX 360 on the old box and it sucks royally...looking for a 30+ inch...new and maybe used...I'm trying to stick with a decent brand like Samsung, Panasonic, Sanyo, Sony, etc.....thanks

Hugh

The prices are pretty much the same from store to store. Pure Digital at Dillingham has good selection of Sony and Sharp. Prices might be a little higher than Circuit City and Best Buy. I think you should shop at those two places this weekend caz they have Memorial Day specials. Happy hunting.

chek the sears ist center in pearl city. they usually get the returned ones and most of the time there is nothing wrong with them. they are ususally 20%+ cheaper. you might wanna look into the sony lcd projection tv's. we have a 50" that plays our 360 beautifully. just a thought.

Check out Video Life at Ward by the Sports Authority. We got our Sony LCD for $300 less than Shirokiya, Circuit City or Best Buy.

just remember that sears price matches. so if you find one you like, get the best price you can find and then go to see peter at sears. he's a fellow i-clubber who can at least get you the best price on the island. L8R

I picked up a 27" Olevia LCD from CompUSA for like $500 after rebate. I had doubts, but read reviews at various LCD/Plasma forums and they seemed to like it,..Plus if it ever goes bad, I got my use out of it and some warranty since I used my cc....

your right, hiding wires suck! i should rip out some drywall and make some access panels that run along the wall, then just paint it the color or should we line the access panel with carbon fiber? upgrade the cable box with a HD dvr box!!! should be the new Scientific Atlanta 8300HD.
