haha. For some people here, safety checks are helpful. Last night I saw one of my neighbors, some old guy with a stock 240; I think he works as a nurse. Anyhow, i'm pretty sure he gets his safety check illegally. Dunno why, as his car is pretty stock, but maybe he doesn't have time. Well all of his brakelights were out and his 3rd brake light barely worked.
I've seen many times, a pickup truck or a SUV with 5% tint, BRAND NEW safety check (within the same month) and all the brakelights were out, taillights cracked, etc. lol
But then again, it sure it a b*tch for safety checks. Da wrong people gettin hooked up! :P
