I'm convinced that bare nipple with a piercing/ornament surrounding it now (found a nice new blow-up shot) - but I'm still of the mind the whole thing was staged (mayhaps without CBS's or MTV's knowledge - but I'm sure Janet and Justin were in on it). Either way - DOPE.
