Clearwire is probably the only true dynamic ip address ISP besides dialup. However the bandwidth on Clearwire sucks monkey ***** and you have to sign a contract which is unheard of in the ISP world.
Road Runner can be considered dynamic however it tends to reassign the same IP to the same user unless the ip lease is renewed(easy process).

Thanks for the info!
I would like to use it for gaming. I'm currently running curl and a java based script for an online game. It's a lot faster than using a macro/click/mouse pointer to reset my IP Rental (proxy setter).

LOL! I met David (haole-pino) at Ala Moana today and bought the Clearwire package from him.
The IP didn't reset when I did a simple release command. Hell, it didn't renew the IP no matter what I did. I made a few reconnect and ipconfig BAT files that didn't work. I even tried manually powering the tower off/on and that didn't work.
I tried MACshift as 'the last ditched effort' and what do ya know, it worked! I'm jumping IPs and I'm a happy Clearwire customer!
Here's what I have to show for all the trouble:
Level 103 and rising - .com/cellule[/url]
Level 76 and rising - http://kenichiro.mybrute.com/cellule

I've depleted the IP pool for Clearwire. So, I'm in the hunt for a new ISP. BTW, it's a $200 penalty to terminate early on the contract!
I have Roadrunner at home and it is dynamic with a lease time of 24hrs. Although it's dynamic, the ip is "sticky."
I've created a simple bat file that switches to static and back to dynamic, but it still comes back with the same ip no matter how many times I try.
Here's the command:
ipconfig /release
netsh interface IP set address "Local Area Connection" static 1.2.3.4 255.0.0.0 1.2.3.5 1
netsh interface ip set address name="Local Area Connection" source=dhcp
ipconfig /renew
I also mac spoofed and forced three new ips before the modem locked. I'm going to try Hawaiian Telcom and see how that goes.
I'm trying to avoid dial-up. The lag will be unbearable for gaming.
