I have Geico...
After moving from Alaska to Hawaii, we moved our insurance to Geico...best prices. Progressive is a close second...
Been rear ended 3 times since moving here...although none have been my fault, Geico has aided me in collecting from the other parties insurance company...in one instance which involved a military member from Kaneohe (who let their insurance lapse like for 6mo...very bad in the military). If he would have gotten a ticket on base without insurance...I would not want to be him...
In this case, I had to pay the $500 deductible and Geico paid for the repair, then collected from the person...and finally 6mo. later, I was given my $500 deductible back...
Really though, I have not had a problem with Geico...but then again, I have not been in an accident that was my fault...
Regardless,
In the future (comes with age I guess), don't let people scare and coerce you into signing anything...If you know you are right...do not worry. These are the same type of people that would sell you a known POS car or sell or steal items from the elderly...there job is to save their company money...in any way possible...call them on it...they will back off...when people like that start with threatening remarks like that, start gathering facts and figures real fast...contact the necessary authorities such as the BBB or even the officer that wrote the report...

Fraud?
Sig's........I write estimates at the bodyshop right across the street from them. I'm a bit confused at how they can accuse you of insurance fraud? Are they saying that you tried to get reimbursed for the damages done to your car twice? Usually what happens is when you call in to the insurance company after an accident, an adjuster is assigned to handle your claim, and hence a claim number is created. They set you up to go to a Geico approved shop.....like Sig's. When you go to there, an appraiser writed the estimate and cuts you a check. If the damage is being paid through the other guys policy (which in your case, it should be, since your car was parked and the accident wasn't your fault.), then the check would be for the full amount of the damage estimate. If the damage is being paid through your policy, the check would be cut for the estimate total, less your collision deductible. Then, when you schedule the repairs at the shop, if there are any additional damages(also known as supplements) on top of the original estimate, the shop usually bills Geico directly. I'm still a bit confused as to how or why they're saying you committed fraud. I would call them back, but speak to somebody other that adjuster. Maybe ask to speak to a supervisor and see if anything changes, or see what can be done. Were you unsure of the process and how it works to file a claim and have the car repaired? If you were, let them know that their adjuster didn't explain the process well enough. Good luck

Insurance
I have State Farm for my insurance company. They insure my 2 cars, and my house, so I get that multi-line discount. One of the main reasons I chose SF was the fact that they cover "after-market" parts. Geico and AIG doesn't, unless I believe you pay additional for it. Plus, SF had the best rates when I was shopping around. Man, working at a bodyshop, you really see which insurance companies are fair and which ones aren't. So many stories, so little time.

AIG- beware
i also deal with insurance companies. many of their customers complain to me that their experiences are nothing like the commercials. well i don't know what do say. most of the time, total loss claims and gap insurance covers the balance of your vehicle. but if you don't have gap insurance coverage, then don't cry if you can't cover the difference between what you get from insurance and what you still owe.
good luck with your claim.
good luck with your claim.
