hey everyone, well, the injectors and fuel pump is due to arrive says fedex on the 15th, so hopefully everything goes into plan, going to go pick up the utec today. just hoping for the turbo to come in ontime!

I've never had a problem with FedEX, ... Only with f%*%^king UPS.

 

hey everyone, well, it looks like this might happen, the turbo just came in, thanks to ralph and jermey from speedmonkey, well, i just wanted to know, if there is anyone that is willing to come down and help out on friday or sat. like around 8 in the morning till 3:30? maybe if i get this project started sooner, eveyrthing will be a lot easier when sunday comes and that way, if we break a bolt or soemthing stores will be open, thanks.

Weird, I always get the opposite. Many probs with FedEx(one good one though, they resent a truck over that "was too lazy to drop my package" at 6pm) and nothing but fast and good service from UPS.

 

i had terrrrible service from UPS on the mainland too (well, at least half the time) I guess since I'm from Memphis, FedEx gives me good service.

 

1) Andrew's Stage 4. ***Andrew, you can have my spark plugs in exchange for yours when they arrive.

3) Dave's TT. ***Dave, I'm not too sure if I can do this job correctly. If I install it, you may have a problem with trying to arm the alarm when the car is still running. Hopefully someone else can solve this since there should be a lot of people there.

The TT will be tricky. We can get it installed and working independent of the alarm (can't arm until after the TT is done) and then Dave can get Special T to integrate them.

But I'll try to come help you guys if I know when and where, that way I can try to plan it into my sched.

 

also, about Dave's TT, ... if he will ask special-T about how to allow the alarm to arm with the car running, it will be simple enough to do ourselves as well. They SHOULD let you know what to do, b/c they did install it. But I don't have much faith in people these days, ... so ...

Let me know if you need me to bring anything special... Also, I have done the TT + alarm mod before, I only know how to do aftermarket alarms though, I have never tried with the stock alarm.
