I'll be at the tracks all day Friday. BMW driving school, and then 1/4 mile. My expected 1/4 times should be in the high 11's, but I have know idea if that will work in Hawaii w/ this car, and with me driving. We will see on Friday. That is Ryan at speedgear doing the install, and I am running stock clutch until it goes. I'll be looking for a new one in the mean time.

Nate...my car will SMOKE YOU! (only if you're in reverse)

Anywho...don't you need a rollcage or some craziness for them to let you run at tracks if you're gonna be in the 11s? What time you going to tracks for your 1/4 mile runs? I wanna see!

Retail: $8,570 <--- DAMN!!! I really hope that you didn't pay that much? I think for a lot less you could have built something better... I really like APS's stuff but it is so over priced. I only spent about $2,700 and I am running 12.8s (well I was on the mainland) Granted... it is not 11's.

I am sure it is going to run like a bear. I am sure that it really is worth it, but I don't know if I could stomach paying that much.

After shipping, that package, a boost controller, and a few other things it will be at around $8k. It was a pretty good price. I want to see someone that is actually in the low 12's that actually spent less than $5k, and how long that set-up would last. I did everything right, except for forged internals and a new clutch. The concensous on that seems to be let the stock ones die and then worry about it. I just can't wait to see what time I run. I guess then we'll see if it was really worth it.
