Didn't you already cut you bumper beam for your bodykit? I think I remember that from reading your thread.

I orginally thought you had to cut your bumper beam, but if all you have to cut is your kit then yes just use a Dremel.

the turbo xs comes with a jdm bumper beam so you dont have to cut
