Just got home from oldmansan's house. DrV's fog lights are in, but still having electrical problems. Met oldmansan, silver satin, and DrVortex. It was nice to meet you guys and cruise.

I fixed it later tonight. I did a search on Google and sent me to NASOIC page. I found a post on this and told me what to look for. I also found the directions (In Japanese of course) but was able to go by the drawings. The relay needed to be installed inside beside the fuses. The location where the relay needed to be connected too was one hot wire for something. I moved that to another spot and installed the relay....WALA!!! The lights are working. Simple OE but working now. Take a look below.
