I will give you a call when I finish work today. LMK if you need your plate trimmed like mine. I gotta wait till I get home for the torque specs.

Can't you just rotate the plate thats what I did and it's not in the way. Rotating it is what KartBoy's site said to do. And I don't think there is a torque spec for plugs just don't tighten them to much they are threading into aluminium.

actually, turning the plate would probably work for the 04's. in the 05's, there are some clearance problems when you rotate the plate, which is why i had to modify mine. otherwise, just grind or cut the corner of the plate that's is causing the problems.

i'll try to post pics when i finish work. basically, i cut off all of the welded studs, and flipped the plate upside down. on the 05, i couldn't rotate the plate because the studs were interfered with the new center console. also the holes on the side of the plate were not lining up, so i would have had to also drill holes and cut off one set of studs anyway. i'm guessing (and hoping) that the studs were not used for anything more than centering purposes. i kept them just incase and i'll weld them back on if necessary.

i got the same. just go 15 ft-lbs and 12 ft-lbs and you'll be fine. btw, keep your old plugs. i wanna take a look at them to see what kind of combustion you were getting.
