ya I just read about how if the heat is bad enough it will affect the paint. It was pretty hot and burned my hand quick. I rather just have the stock one alone so I can rest easy. Plus if sean (experienced wrencher) can drop a bolt I think most people will have the same problem.

if my engine bay looked like that, i probably could have done the downpipe without removing the TMIC and having to straighten out the fins with my wife's old tweezers.

Yep did the rally armor the day everyone went skydiving, just got a armrest extension that had to be put on no more than 2 minutes after mail man delivered, and got my super hella tones that I was up till about 2 in the morning working on before leaving at 3 am to go out to the field. All in all a pretty good week for parts.

just a suggestion... but how about spraying the shield with a high temp coating... it has been known to do wonders...
