I'm going to be the guinea pig

I am almost done selling my Vishnu chip, so I'm ready to get the AccessECU from Cobb. I'll be the guinea pig for anyone else who thinks it might be a good deal. Once I get it (will send in my ECU after the people get their parts... hopefully before Auto-X) I will post up with the good/bad word. Wish me luck.

I would like to be the...ok, the second, to say that I'm especially interested.

You can even borrow some of my tools so we can better quantify...WBo2 (A group tool, anyhow. You just need to have an extra bung on your exhaust somewhere.) or the g-tech (That thing is actually pretty fun. Especially when we've got 2 or 3 dudes to play with it. It swaps between cars in less than a minute).

I'm putting together the AVC-R Install guide for the guy I sold it to (so he won't have to call 3 people at odd hours.. Mitch, Jayson, Sean) and sending it off tomorrow as well as the Unichip. Once these guys get their stuff, it's ON! Of course you can all play with my new toys. I'll appreciate any of the input you guys have.

Cooool! I'm interested as well. The UTEC feels like it may be flying out of my car soon for some reason... (and not under it's own power! )

Ever since making a pass in Wes' car I'm no longer satisfied. That 12.5 felt FAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTT! Wes, you car is ANIMAL++!

P.S. The fastest I ever ran on true street tires in my blown '94 'Stang was 12.6 @ 119mph (that took 440rwhp!). You would have kicked my ***, Wes... Nuts!

Greg,
Do they have a map for your mods at Cobb?

They are close to it. Essentially their stage 2 kit is the same as mine if I didn't have the pulley, uppipe, and IC hoses. From what I've read, the Uppipe is kind of insinuated in their system. From what I saw with the stock ECU and the IC hoses, it's a good thing. I got improvements and no probs with the IC hoses. As for the pulley... I don't know. I'm leaving it on, and I can't see a drawback with having it... however you never know. I'm going to call them and get some of my questions answered before I send it in. But I AM DOING IT! Woo Woo! Now I'm just waiting.
