I'm goin' to boot camp

Hey everybody. Well i'm about to leave for Marine Corps boot camp very soon. I'm shipping out on the 20th of December. I was going to leave in Feb. but decided to man up and get it over with. I'm going reserves so I should be back around July and I will most likely be seeing most of you before I leave. At least REX has a good home in parent's garage....My dad's 350z is getting the boot hahaha

Have as much fun as possible and just remember do what your told and do it the best you can and always work together in basic even if you wanna rip the guys face off put it all aside and do the task at hand they are looking for people that are willing to put feeling aside and work as a team because you are joining a very large family. And when they get in your face just keep yourself in order and keep your bearing at all times. And best of luck.

You still have time to switch. Join the air force! If not make the best of it. You'll figure out boot camp on your own.

You should have gone to work for McDonalds. They pay and the food is better.

Just shut-up and do what you are told.........you will meet the strangest people in boot camp and many will get under your skin, you just ignore them and laugh about them once you graduate........when I went to boot camp that was the biggest shock to me was all the losers they get in there but you'll see they will wash out.......plus the first 2 weeks are the toughest but after that it is a breeze, you will have fun and will meet some good buddies in the process.

Hey I dont want to go to the Air Force. Nothing wrong with it, just I am not an inside person. I don't think I am going to have time for a party, but I am going to go to the tracks on Friday night and then got to the Outback and have a little fun there :-)

Hey guys I got a new date...........Dec. 13th, I just wanna get it over with already. I might not be able to go to the tracks on Friday now, but I will try to make it. Don't forget to check the classifieds for a few things that I must give up.

Congratulations.

I believe that you may have made the most important and one of the best decisions of your life.

If you want to serve your country, I say I'd rather be with the best. That way I have nothing but professionals on my right and left. Not that the USMC are better than the Army, but I have tremendous respect for the USMC.
