Its funny that you mentioned this Jimi. It's interesting to hear about people's numbers and to hear how smooth and safe their tunes are. I personally would like to to know how people are confirming their tunes are safe? Is it because the tuner says so? How many people actually really know how to verify? How many people actually log their cars in different scenarios to know if their tune is safe. And then when you do log, how many people know how to read those logs and to put them to use?

As much as I want to bring forth my personal thoughts here, I won't... I think Jimi brought up a lot of good points which directly respond to the OP's situation and the subsequent responses by everyone. I hope his (the OP) situation works out okay...
Jess also brought up a good point...how does every one "know"?

yep, I didnt know what I was getting into with the tunes, I didnt know what the logs meant.... I trusted my car was gonna be okay after being told the logs looked okay... Come to find out I was totally wrong. The only blessing I have out of this is the knowledge I now have and those that have taken the time to teach me..
I hope the OP gets support, I was told "things have changed" at PDX so it may end up as a positve experience after all

Jarred at PDX has contacted me with questions in hopes to lend a hand. Honestly, after dropping a bunch of money replacing things that "may be bad" I'm not gonna touch it for a week. Makes me sick. If anyone has a set of coil packs I could borrow for a test run that would be great. My check engine light stays on, it won't clear with a cobb ap or disconnecting the battery. no code though.

I had a very similar problem with my '99 Eclipse GST. Did a Boost leak test, replaced the fuel pump, the injectors, plugs, wires, MAF, fuel rail, fpr....everything. It turned out to be a fuel filter. Start small and work your way up in your troubleshooting. Also, check the gapping on the plugs. The kid that had my SRT4 before me said it was back firing and missing badly. I bought it and immediately pulled the plugs. They were gapped at .048, which is what a stock SRT4's gapping is supposed to be. Well, being way more than stock, I brought the gap down to .026, and it runs like a dream! Good luck man, keep us filled in!
