I ran a 13.01!
Now that I have your attention, I'm going to let you all know that it was for a 2-mile run, and it was 13:01. Should run a ~12:40 but I had some internal issues. Oh well, at least I'm still on "PT on my own" for another 6 months... at least until I leave in August.
