Take it as a sign that they're telling you not to waste 15 bucks a month and 60 on the game for something that is so boring. It is boring.

ALLLLrighty then! Ok guys, here's the thing. Sony Vaio's with there stupid integrated SiS video cards... are NOT compatible with Star Wars! Furthermore, if you attempt to purchase another video card, just forget trying to disable them through the NetBIOS (well, at least on mine, a Sony customer service rep told me it was impossible). Check the ReadMe file in your Star Wars Galaxies folder to see which video cards are definitely supported, and just buy one of those. You can just plug it in your PCI or AGP slot... well, it's not *that simple, but pretty close to it.

Most of the "fixes" call for updating motherboard/graphics/sound drivers. Have you made sure you have the latest drivers as well as Direct X version?

Don't know what "onboard SiS video is".

Seems new enough. Dunno man, sounds like something SWG specific and nothing wrong with your 'puter per se. Keep an eye on the SWG tech. boards...

I'm playing Neverwinter Nights - It's an RPG game but it has LOTS of action. Lovin' it!
