Ryan,
Jimbo's is 3-4 blocks Mauka from Mcully shopping center. Good food there, and right next door to them is Makino Chaiya (Japanese buffet). I have never eaten at Makino Chaiya, but I have heard its good.
We gotta go eat at Ten Kai Pin when you get here!

Ten Kai Pin is in Waikiki, on Kalakaua a little bit before the Mos Burger. Good ramen there!!!
