I've talked with Farid, the track day is on, but I need people to start paying me, or at least telling me for sure if you are comming or not.

Only like 6 people have actually paid as of 2/10 that is what Nate told me and I have to pay still.

 

I have to pay too, but I dont get back until tuesday.

 

I can't believe only 6 people are definitely in at this point! Just over $50 to run the long course??!! And with (apparently) a small group, track time should be more than plentiful. I just hope I can get the damn Mustang running!

The word that I just got the other night is that Farid has to go out of town. Since Farid is not going to be there we cannot have the track day as scheduled. I am going to talk to Ryan about it tomorrow, but he was saying it can be delayed. I have to ship my car, so I probably won't be spearheading anything anymore. We also had very low interest in this track day even though everyone is always complaining about no track time. Pat Olsen, I can refund you your money via pay pal, just PM me and I will. I will post the information I find out tomorrow if we are going to delay the track day.

 

Thats fine with me the fewer people the better. Maybe if anybody knows any DSM guys we can get them to come. There is a Mitsu guy down the street he just bought a EVO yesterday and has a GSX I am sure he knows some guys.

 

Normally 3 evo are coming ... Me, Dan ( if his car still there ) and Third ( Vakamon Evo ).

I don't know if the other DSM know about that track day tho.

i saw ryan at the gym tonight and he said that farid is not going to be here next week so the hrp guys want us to postpone it till he gets back. its all about their liability concerns. its should still be on, just delayed a bit.
