I-Club Track Day

Okay I talked to Farid today at speed gear and we will be having a track day on the 24th of February. This is a thursday. We will be renting the track for 5 hours. I know it is during the work week, but this is giving everyone plenty of time to ask for a day off. All of the weekends are already booked. Farid wants to see how much interest there is before he goes to the trouble of booking it for sure. Here is how pricing looks: if we have 8 people it will be about $100 a car, if we have 16 it will only be $50 a car. There should be no charge to watch. You will need the following saftey gear: long pants, shirt, closed toed shoes, and a helmet. This is going to be fun, and safe. [b]Also if things go right, Richard from Dyno Comp will be there to do ECUtek reflashes and road tunes. Please post if you will go only. I don't care if you can't go or if you are a whiny vagina. The prices are worth it. This will be I-club and friends of I-club only. We will not be trying to make a profit, and no Toyota Matrix's are permited on the track; they will slow the pace down to much.

Take leave, call in sick, do whatever you have to. Just make it there. Oh and if this goes well we can have a I-Club track day on a monthly basis.

there shouldn't be a problem getting 16 people (not jus wrx's)...

the problem might be where there's too much... or everyone wants more track time.

gotta get on that list early !

Your right, in the real world this is cheap, but we are in Hawaii and you can bet most people would call this pricey. Nate sorry price is too high won't be there. Of course I'm in. Blake, what's your problem you have to be there call in sick. This may be the last time you will ever have a chance to talk to someone who builds $150,000+ Subaru's in person. He is a well of knowledge when it comes to Subaru's and I promise he will impress you. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE WHO HAS A SUBARU AND READS THIS TO COME OUT. LETS SHOW RICHARD AT DYNO-COMP THAT OUR SUBARU FAMILY IS JUST AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER THAN THE ONE IN ARIZONA and other parts of the mainland.

Just tell them "too bad so sad!"

Cap it at a certain number of participants.

San it should be the long course. As of now we will try to not to put a "cap" on the number of people who can come on the track. I forsee that we can run in heats, that way everyone can give their car some downtime. If we get too many people I will cap it out with a list of who is comming, however we may need cash in advance.
