i think he's talking about the fastest sti in oahu thats been clocked at the tracks right now JT-STI holds it with 12.94

Thanks for the props shaggadelic!.....Im somewhat disappointed that I couldnt beat it last night, ended up running a bunch of 13.0s, and a 12.96....still with the xpass closed. The car runs worse with the cutout open - gotta figure out how to tune it without backing off the boost and timing.
