Hydra Engine Management & Tuning...

Just wondering what you guys think of this, Ive done my searches and I was recommended by a good tuner to use this with my 04 sti project... Does any one here in Hawaii have this... any pros-cons about it... thanks

I think the system is very nice...

I don't think anyone locally knows how to tune with it...that's why I have the Cobb AP...

Call Phil from Element... he is a good guy. He can talk you through the pros and cons. He is pretty straight forward. Tell him you plan and what you are looking for and he can help you with the tuning. I don't have one but he did a one on one tuning with me when I tuned my U-tec.

The Hydra EMS is pretty good, but AMS EMS still the top notch IMO.

what kind of cash are we looking at for the Hydra? I thought it was pricey...hmmm...wonder how hard it is to tune with it...

Isn't it $1500? Stand alone is great for high hp applications but it takes a good amount of knowledge in tuning.
