HPD traffic violation procedures

Do anyone know if there is a copy of HPD procedures and policies for traffic violation out for public viewing?

Is anyone familiar with the procedures for writing up a traffic violation ticket?

Thanks.

Chucky

Well, if it helps, a fat officer put "KOREAN" in the complexion box of the ticket. I find that offensive considering he wasn't asian and.. complexion doesn't mean ethnicity.

The focker didn't show up to court.

The new schedule is ok. I switched to 3rd watch, which is 1400 to 2300 hours. I work in Chinatown so it's busy as hell, but time flies and I get to sleep during normal hours (I used to work midnights for 5 years). Heat is oppressive as hell though!

kinda off topic but not really. what is up with the chinatown/downtown illegal parking in loading zones after hours at night. i heard the neighborhood board is working on it but i don't know the results. it is just that i park there twice a week at night and have gotten two tickets for parking in marked loading zones at night when the sign says loading zone from like 5am to 4pm.

thanks
