HO! Anyone just feel that?
Man...here I am typing away...and WHAM! I haven't felt a violent earthquake like that in a while...felt like the side of the house got hit by a car or something...I live next to the Koolau mts. by Temple Valley...CRAZY!

nothing down here on the west side!! Whats weird now this thing popped up is because I was watching National Geographic like a week or two ago. And there was a segment about the earthquakes,TSUNAMI's and natural disasters and a Professor from U of H Manoa stated that Hawaii is proned to have an earthquake because the entire island chain is sitting on those underground plate thingys that collides rub against and collide and with this, it would generate a tsunami that would engulf not only Oahu, but most of the entire island chain but he said like a hundred/thousand years from now, not sure which one. Just thought I'd share

I'm used to the big ones in Alaska as well...
It felt bigger than a 3 or 4...Like Diego said, it hit and oscillated for a bit...must be only on the windward side. My mother in law felt it near Kailua.
It's trippy like the rain here man...it can be pouring rain on this side, go through the tunnels and see blue sky...same with the earthquakes...the mts separate the two side quite effectively...
