if you guys are really interested, then we can definitely set something up after the 420 cruise...we can start small and maybe we can do bi-monthly hike meets!

hey Jess, that's actually more than enough experience right there! keep in mind that i do this for leisure and push my limits sometimes. it's a great way for me to relax and a great workout...at the same time you get to enjoy nature at it's best and appreciate this paradise that we live in on a different perspective.

looks like we got some hikers here. those are some nice hikes Warren..we will definitely come up with something after this weekend cruise. i'm thingking we start short and sweet, a beginner to intermediate hike with an excellent view...probably the mariner's ridge in hawaii kai??? 45 minutes to the top, but i guarantee you that you will be sweating! any other suggestions?

its funny i saw this topic today, i was just talking about this. i used to hike up the mountains in waianae when i used to live there... no real trails and you have to climb up rock sections. its kinda dangerous though but the views are veeery nice, cant even tell you're in waianae =). but nowadays im not in the condition i was back then so i dont know. id like to try something mellow first..

^^^don't worry...it's not like we are going for a race to the top or something...we will take our time, enjoy the views, have fun while getting a good workout! we will go at a mellow pace...
