oh before i forget...

Some things to consider when hiking:
-Wear appropriate clothing...unless you want to have a Mudbutt . Shorts or jogging pants and bring an extra shirt just in case. Weather is very unpredictable in the mountains.
-Hiking shoes is recommended...well let me rephrase this...Hiking shoes is a must . It can get muddy and slippery in some areas.
-Bring enough water for everyone and hydrate as needed. You can get dehydrated pretty quickly without you knowing it.
-Bring some quick energy bars or light snacks. We will be resting as needed.
-Please respect the natural environment. Take all of your rubbish with you. Be courteous to other hikers and other park users. Follow all park rules.

Trail: Unpaved with dog poop all over the place.

You've been informed and warned...

hey mizzy,
lol, i was just overemphasizing what to expect as Jon was giving me a hardtime on the last hike that I did not give enough description of the trails...don't freak out too much, as in any trail that allows dogs, maybe you will find one...just watch your step. but you've been to aiea loop trail and that is also a dog friendly trail.. most owners are responsible enough to bring with them poop bags..not to mention the Saint Louis Heights where Jon got sideswiped by a monster dog...:RockOn - not mine:
