SCHEDULE, FACILITY & AMENITIES
Family Events are scheduled 7 days a week in 3 Hour Time Periods. Most events are scheduled on weekends because parents are required to attend and participate. Saturday and Holiday start times are 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 and 3:00. Sunday start times are 9:00, 11:00, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 and (March through October) 4:00 pm. Double Track Times are limited to 9:00 on Saturdays plus 1:00 and 4:00 on Sundays. ABCRI reserves the right to specify which tent and track each group will use. Each Group will have its own tent next to one 3 lane Box Car Track with a refreshing cooling mist system. The tracks are about 500' long with 3 lanes and 12 turns. Starting ramps provide most of the power. Few people sit during a box car event, even in the rain!

^^Looks like they are open 7 days a week....I guess we should just wait and see how much interest we have first

well if we got 25 ppl to actually show up that would be $10 each plus food for the potluck. so probably something like $20-25 a person for the event. i think that should enough ppl show interest and can attend this should be pretty fun. count me in!

Do it!
For some reason I always thought that was a "kids only" track, glad to find out it isn't.

my thoughts exactly....if we did single track (up to 35 people) that comes out to $7.14 per person not counting food.

I'm thinking we should attempt to do this in January due to the upcoming holidays...etc. that will get in the way.
