wow this isn't good. i did about 85% of the install the only thing from what im reading since everyone says this could be the problem is the egt sensor we did stick it back in there, but we removed the sensor from the tip i did this on the last 2 up pipes i did and had no problems at all if you need a resistor orly PM wrxboy i pretty sure he has a couple left and in the mean time i would recommend just trying disconnecting the harness for the egt sensor its the third one down and the smallest connector and see what happens. that should just throw a regular cell saying egt senor isn't reading or something along those lines.

mario, i'm not trying to flame you but putting some punctuations will help us read what you're trying to say.

putting the EGT probe back into the uppipe is no problem, just the EGT probe will eventually fail because theres no cat in front of it. and when it fails your car will go into limp mode. so its just pretty much useless.

no problem boom i'll try and work on that. but yes i did put the egt sensor plug back in minus the sesor on the tip. So if this is whats causeing the limp mode he needs to pm wrxboy and see if he has any 2.2 om resistors left, and also unplug the egt sesor harness from the car so the ECU just thinks its mising instead of giving bad readings. hopefully that should work until he gets the resistor mod.
