Why'd you have to go with 235 width tires? Kind of skinny for 9 inch wide rims huh?
Hell I have 245s on 17x8 +35s on my wagon with no rubbing.
Looks really nice but I just don't see the purpose in super wide rims with skinny tires.

Hahaha, I was actually originally going to go with 225's. Yeah, for auto-x or motorsports purposes, you'd want/need a wider tire. Hell, my car doesn't even see the parking lot at Aloha Stadium. My car is driven about 10 miles a day and I drive like a grandma so spending that much more on getting 255/35's wouldn't have been worth it for.....not to mention they wouldn't fit at my height.

Brandon, they are sooooo noice! That look seems to be the trend. As okane permits, I'd like to go like Blake, a 17 x 8 wheel with 245 rubber (max in STU class @ autocross) for both street and race. Again, dat look is hawt!!
