Angry Heads Up...Car almost stolen...

My neighbor ~20yo...with a 2002 Honda Accord told me this story that happened at Windward Mall on Sunday during afternoon...

So he comes out of the mall, gets in his car, and starts it up...as he is taking down his sunshade, a mall security guard in a golf cart rolls up and he has this dude next to him claiming that my neighbor took his keys and was stealing his car...WTF!

So my neighbor gets out...with keys in hand, and the security guard grabs it from his hand...and starts to give it to this dude...well, on his way out of the car, my neighbor also grabbed his flashlight...and as the security guard was giving the keys to the other guy, he grabbed them back...and immediately said he was calling the police...with that, the dude who was claiming his car was being stolen took off, and the security guard jumps in his cart and zooms off...

WTF...

This is a nice guy...maybe that is why they chose to try this on him...this could have been a lot worse...they could have just knocked him out and taken his car...be careful everone...

Anyhow, the moral of this story is...always look around and watch your surroundings anywhere you go...make eye contact to let people know you see them...teach your kids and spouses to be very alert...these fools are going to pick the wrong guy one day and they are going to regret their actions for the rest of their life...

Man...I asked him the same thing...he says the police came, took down a report and were investigating. The mall management was also contacted and a formal complaint was made...they are investigating as well...

Thats crazy, but it could of been worst, thats for sure... Back home in PR is bad, when ever they try or do carjack, if the person hesitates for anything, you can be a dead man, they would shoot you in a heart beat... fighting over material, its not worth it...50-50 chance...Its pretty bad out there...anyways, atleast everything came out positive...

hmmm I would be thinking lawsuit personally. I am willing to bet money that the security guard was an accomplice. again if he is found to be in on this, it would be attempted robbery.

Your neighbor should take this to the fullest extent of the law, I know I would.

Hey Jase and Chucky...

yeah...I hope he takes it there...

These guys always seem to pick on the ones that they think won't fight back...there are many ways of fighting back...in this case...I hope my neighbor does stick it to them with the law...

fricken guards...(not all...just the ones that make the good ones look bad!)

thanks for the heads up. was it the fat local moke security guard?? not to be racial, but i have heard stories about him actually breaking into cars and stealing stuff. be careful where you park at the mall. that front lot by the food court and on the side is sears is a sketchy parking lot to leave your car at in the evenings and at night. i hope you guys get the security guARD (oops caps lock!) and his accomplice. If someone told me i was stealing their car, i'd like to see them drive around with my clutch, they would prolly bring it back shortly...ahhaha

LOL I'd like to see someone pass that off with my license plate reading "bpang1".

I'd be like...does this guy look like a Pang to you?

Yeah...Chris, I think that is the guy...

The description is very similar to what my neighbor told me...thanks for the heads up as well...those two areas you mentioned do look sketchy...

My neighbor said the security guard looked 1/2 asian and 1/2 black...dark, fat guy.

Yeah...really, all you gotta do is look at a line-up...and pick the guy with the over-muscular left calf...heh heh...

BTW...I think my clutch is like yours...it's a he-man clutch...I've had several people tell me now how hard my clutch is...
