I got it. It was nice and quiet but still powerful. Sold it to DrVortex.
I think he left before I got to the island.
I guess this is him.

I figured I'd get along alright with the approach of I wouldn't say anything on there that I wouldn't say to someone in person.

Wow. That is before I even got my car. Richard asking how to do the clutch-slip drop, 13's were a dream... damn, I even ended up running a 13.5. The whole discussion about how much money we were dropping in cars... Pat, did you ever think you would be ripping the engine out and replacing the internals yourself... on your 3rd tranny?
I never thought I'd break the $10k mark in mods... but I'm there. I miss the old drag-race days. I'm pretty sure that I could come damn close to 12's now. Even with the stock turbo. But I really want to track this thing again.
I got my car 3 months later, and Jayson was the king of the track. With his VF-22 and Custom-tuned (By Shiv himself) Unichip. Wow.

You know, at that time, I think Jayson wasn't yet the king. That guy Bill/Scoobysouth was at 13.5. When we were at that point, I think Rextang was knocking on 14's...but I could be losing my memory.
Greg, you went the right route. I really enjoy dragracing, but at this stage in my life it just seems as though the odds of breaking your car autox'ing or occasionally doing a trackday are much less than running down a strip 350 times.

I didn't get mine until October. It was right about then that Rexstang was the 1st to break into the 12's. I remember taking my wife to the track with my 300-mile old car and meeting Wes, Richard, and Jon. I had never been to a track, much less a drag race, and they were super cool. They were trying hard to get me to race that night, but I wouldn't budge on the break-in procedure. I thought Wes' SDR's were pimp.
