The best rates I've found
were at:
Geico
and
Progressive
Both were very similarly priced. It really does depend on what Nevin said above though...I'm old, married, and have a clean driving record...knock knock...

I checked a whole lot of places when I first got my car and Geico was at least $100 cheaper than anywhere else, even USAA. But of course since I just rear-ended someone, my insurance will most likely skyrocket

hmm, i was with first insurance for like 10 years, clean record, late twenties, and they quote 1500+ annually. Now im sure it doesn't have to be that expensive...
Never really heard of USAA. How are they in terms of QoS to a claim?

When i had my motorcycle wreak i could not have asked for or received better service from them. It was as painless as i could have ever hoped and believe me it could have been pure hell if they wanted it to be.

I have Geico.....
I did pay $580 for 6 months coverage on my 2.5rs,
I'll be paying $705 for 6 months coverage on my new WRX....
I'm 22 years old, and have a clean driving record(Knock on wood)
How I do my payments.....I pay the first 4 months, and the last two have no payments. My 2.5rs I payed $145 a month, My WRX i'll pay $180 a month.....
Thats only a $35 a month increase......

That is actually not bad at all. I had a clean record when I first got my wrx and was paying right under $2000 a year.
