Generically, I can tell you that I've read many positive reviews of the Ntercooler intercooler sprayer, which can spray either N2O or CO2. I've never heard of this kit, though.
It boggles my mind how merely cooling the charge air can net you a significant amount of horsepower; almost as much as spraying N2O into the combustion chamber.
