Well I do know the Baja is based off the Legacy/Outback so some of the Legacy parts should work.. And what's up to everybody well I got a 80 Yota PU that is 4wd now so thats what I take off road. And for those that care I moved back up to Washington wife's dad is really sick so uncle sam paid me almost $7k to move back up here too bad it rains all the time but there is a Suby specific shop about 15min from here so maybe I'll swing in and see what they think. I just wanna do something different tired of the same old thing I got a head full of ideas I wanted to do on my STI and never did but Jose did most of them I would have kept it more of a sleeper thats all. I want it to look un-impressive if that makes sense. Hey San I'll shot you a e-mail some time. Been using most of my free time studying for E-6 test 8 Feb 08 missed it last year by 1.46 so the medal I got out of Little Rock will give me 3 pts so I've already made up the difference. Hey Jose send me a link to your site lost everything on my computer I mean everything 4yrs of pictures and around 2k songs

Silver Satin,
I still have the 2002 WRX (34K), a 2007 Tundra 5.7 4X4 (3.7K), and a 2007
C6 Corvette (1K). Life after the Air Force is pretty good. In retrospect, I don't regret my Air Force career, but have to wonder how much I'd be making if I went straight to a GS or contractor position years ago.

Howzit, Jeremiah! My father owned a Baja. They are also available w/the EJ25T. They ride surprisingly well. However, if you're going to go with one, I'll bring up a few points. It's a car and a truck....or shall I say 1/2 car and 1/2 truck. It will seat 4 people. Max. There is a small pass-through from the cab to the rear bed, but it's like 3 ft. wide. If you can, also consider the bed extender because that bed back there is very small. It will cary a few things that you wouldn't want inside the cab. If you get an '05 model, you get one more inch of ground clearance at 8 inches vs. 7 inches for the 2004 model.
Inside, it's comfortable. The dash is very simple, yet functional. My father had the leather interior which was pretty comforable. Being that it rode on a Legacy platform, it's pretty solid and more comfortable than an Impreza's ride. The rear seats fold down and offer a hard surface to store belongings. They're either up with no cargo room, or down with no seating. It's up to you. There's NO storage behind those rear seats.
My father concluded that while the idea was cool, in reality it did not work out as he thought. It was neither a car nor a truck properly. He traded in for a Forester months later.
