Has anyone installed some additional foglights on their cars?

I'm curious about adding some LIGHT.

I don't want anything bling. I don't want any colors unless that's the most effective way to go.

They'll most likely get bolted onto the large vent area where most likely there'll be an FMIC later.

Like this:

Any help? I have no idea what a HID is, so I imagine that based off of the cost for it that I've seen and how involved the install would be, it won't happen.

I just want something nice and bright that would blind the crap out of oncoming traffic (if they were aimed that direction.) I don't want them to be 'brights'. I want them pointed more downward so that I can leave them on all of the time.

I was in front of a Suburban with 8 forward facing white bulbs tonight, it looked silly. Not to mention the fact that it blinded the hell out of me.

That's not my intent at all.

I live in the country now and the added visability would be nice.

Well...if you're gonna put one there...I'd like to see how the Sylvania Xenarc HID lights would look. You can get them at regular auto stores.

They're Rectangular though.

I just did the Hella 500 Driving Light mod (the one you change the bottom 2002 fogs to Hella lights)...not bad power.

But like I said, aren't HID's like millions of dollars and a huge pain in the *** to install?

Its illegal to have more than 4 lights on the front of you car. Just FYI Dont know if you want that kind of attention. RO. 15-19.19
