Has anyone heard from Carlo yet?
I pick my car up tomorrow. It got here Friday, but I just found out that is was here Tuesday (it's already Wednesday here). I am going to call Carlo tomorrow when it is a decent hour, but he is supposed to be in Scottsdale, AZ right now, so I wanted to see how things went with his tune. I have to drive at least 24 hours to get there from Indiana. I have to drive it alone, so I'm going to pick up several books on tape for the trip tomorrow. I'm going to change my oil as soon as I get home from the 3 hour trip to get my car, then go get an alignment. I have my EFI:101 class in Chicago this weekend :banana:, so 5 more hours of driving there, then 5 more back. Basically in the next week I'll be driving for at least 96 hours, probably more. If I have the time and money after AZ I need to go to California to get a transmission!
More news, I have a job interview for a job that would allow me to travel all over the US installing comptuer systems for car dealerships. Maybe even to Hawaii at some point ! Wish me luck I need the job, so I can have some spending money.
Short version: Lots of driving, EFI:101, new job hopefully!

If anyone hears later that I crashed going near 200 MPH in the middle of the desert, where there are no speed limits on the way back from AZ know that I will have died very happy! I wonder if my car can make it to 200 MPH, and if so will I have the skill to control it (I doubt it, that's why I probably won't try). According to deltadash it can, it has some nifty weight to power to drag to gearing conversion that pops out your top speed. Don't know how accurate it is thought.

I hope it exceeds your expectations, Lord knows you have waited long enough to take advantage of your mods. Good luck man. If it doesn't work I hope you leave your arsenal in Indiana. J/K. Your car is gonna kick ****.

Thanks Ty, I just talked to carlo, he made 326 WHP, and around 320 TQ on 93 octane gas. He got charged $200 for the tune, so I am going to be pissed if they want to try to charge me. I am driving over 4 thousand miles to get this tune. It will cost me more than $300 in gas alone.

Whew! Those are some good numbers! Im sure he'll be able to run high 11s on race gas, low 12s on pump gas! Now its your turn Nate!
