The only thing i have done to my car is i got a head unit put in and speakers by Best Buy. I also just bought a new battery because i thought that could have been the problem. And i cant check anything right now because my car is on its way to Hawaii and i wont have it back till April 12th.

Ok cool thanks guys. This is why i love these forums and im looking forwarding to meeting you guys at meets in Hawaii. You think i should fix the Alternator before getting the tune or does it not matter the car still runs fine.

def fix it. weak alternator is not something you want to drive around with unless you like the suspense of knowing your car will break down at any moment. alternators are cheap and very easy to replace yourself with basic hand tools. DIY or buy me a 6 pack and i'll do it

The alternator is simple to test. Set voltmeter to DC V in the lower range. Test voltage between the pos and negative sides of your battery (should be a little over 12 volts). With your car running, take the little red cover off of the bolt on top of the alternator (put the red prong of meter on the bolt) then put the black prong on the negative side of the battery. It should read around 13-14.5 volts.
DO NOT simply throw parts at your car trying to fix it.
Locate the problem, (usually very easy) then fix the problem.
