HAHA my dad bought an STi!!! (good job dad, I'm proud)!
WOW I am very shocked that my dad purchased a White/Silver STi from a dealer in Dallas....
These are some other cars he looked at and considered:
BMW 530i
350Z (junk)
RX-8 (junk)
and the EVO VIII....didn't like it due to interior refienment and quality/ the STi has better daily driver attributes....more low end torque, and easier to live with....
He lives in Denver...(might have to change the tires on ski trips during the winter) and none of the dealerships there had any...and he was in school in Oklahoma and they had none there either....so he went online and found some in Dallas......
He paid $30,850 + fees and got an alarm and wheel locks included!!! got a way better deal than me but he's on the mainland and Im in Hawaii.....
I bet my mom and brother will have fun riding in that car..(and wonder if my dad will let my lil bro drive the car....just turned 16
The other "family" car is a Volvo S70 AWD Turbo wagon
hey dad, congrats and welcome to higher insurance rates because YOU WILL get a speeding ticket.... knock on wood!
Aloha Jeremy
