It hits people my age(im 24) really hard. I have personally helped 7 patients where i work and each one has been a few years within my age. Its not something I wish upon anyone. Every single one of those patients had to fight for their life and only a few made it.

Hopefully this is not the start of the rise of H1N1 cases experts were thinking could happen this fall. I read somewhere that the 1918 Spanish Flu (which was also caused by the H1N1 influenza subtype) had a similar outbreak pattern where the # of cases rose as winter approached. That was the most severe flu pandemic on file & killed millions of people worldwide.

 

I have it right now and it's really not that bad lol
