Thanks, Bro. Maybe I'll look towards rad tech. Then Erin and I can carpool to work together. Good on you for having some success. Now pimp that E55, Bro!

E55 > Z06/C6/M3 (IMHO)

I don't know you but I'd love to see you get one.

Agreed with Richie, above. ^^^

However - I maintain SL55>E55 if not in performance, for pimpability. You see that automatic hardtop work once - and you'll know why the girlies 'dey love 'dat SL.

i agree with both of you that SL55>E55>C6/Z06/M3...but too bad the price range also falls that way...the SL55 i saw a few weeks ago was going for 20k over sticker...so it was like ~140k

and no boubt that the SL's are P-I-M-P...i drove an older one a few years ago, with the top down through town and that sucker was nice...i cant imagine what it'd be like driving a new one!

Rad Tech here sucks. Only aty KCC and a 2 year waiting list. Another reason we are going back to the mainland where I have several places offering the classes. 2 years and Im out. I also spent several years installing and supporting digital radiology systems so I have done pretty much everything already, just not licensed. The Radiologists themselves will be in less demand in the next couple years as with the digital era they are going to be able to scan the patients here in the US and then just have radiologists in India/Philippines/Etc do diagnostic reads there for about a fifth the price. Just another example of jobs being exported, will it never end?! But the rad techs will still be needed as the equipment will still be here in our country. So I figured why not. Going to do it and atleast finally have a career that I can actually find a job wherever I relocate in the future. Computer stuff sucks, no jobs anywhere. Im done with it.

E55 all the way. Im done with BMW whenever I get rid of this one. Dealers **** me off too much. Called one in Cali and they want to charge me $150 to just acticate the alarm once I install it. Oh they did say they would activate it free if I bought it through them and had them install it for $900!!!!! Jesus, I bought it for $230 outta a dealer in Washington and can install it myself its so easy. What thieves. I so wish I had checked the forums before getting one. Oh well. Still love the car tho. Got a list of mods longer than the ones for the STi now, ugh. Does it ever end? Will I ever mature/get old enough to stop modding cars? I hope not. But my wife and my bank account hope I do.

I actually liked the E55 better than the SL i drove, ... the SL was not as comfortable as the E, ..... it's hard to explain, the seats and layout just wasn't as 'nice' as the E felt.
I dunno, .... maybe it was just me. ... But you can ask Rexstang too, ... I think he just liked the SL b/c the top was down.

I don't even know why I'm looking at this thread. I'll be able to afford an Maybach as soon as I'll be able to afford an E55. Now I'm just looking through the window. :-\
