Another viable option, if you have the money and the day hasn't passed for you is to buy one of the 2 cheap used race cars. They are the R92cp and the Mazda 787b and both show up at day 694 to 701. If you got about 1.3 million, buy one of those (I recommend the R92cp) to win the nurburgring 24, or just take it straight to the pro hall. I tried it in the pro hall, and it's darn hard. :/

you have to put him in Overtake. It doesn't matter what level he's at: if he not in overtake, he'll never pass the other cars. I found that out the hard way at 1000 Miles Nurburg. He got stuck behind the last place guy when he should have lapped him, and lost 1.25 mins. Overtake I *think* just instructs him to pass.

build him up on early races (beginner, pro with a ridiculous overkill car, etc), then unleash him on longer races. It'll up his skills for when he needs them
