GT4 question

OK I assume that someone must've bought a STi Spec C right off the bat to rip through the beginner's cups.

HOW THE FRICKY FRACK do I make the damn thing oversteer? I've tried all kinds of settings and can't make S turns going at 40! I have the Race Suspension. Gah damnit!

Swap the rear sway bar for a Cusco adjustable sway bar and make sure you install the Kartboy endlinks.

j/k Sorry, Blake I just had to post that. I don't have the game yet...

Bpang-
Camber f/r 3.0/4.0
sway bars f/r 4/3
rear toe +1
center diff 30-40% to the front
Driver aids top->bottom 6-6-5, less depending on your skill.
This works great on my 00 STi.
Oh, I also have the 1.5 way diffs

My return question: How do I turn of the %$#@#% ghost car? I HATE that thing.

Just bought it. Toe out in the rear, stiffer rear sway bar, harder R compounds in the rear. All should work.

K, maybe it's just an assumption, but it might have to do with TCS/ASM. Turn those off for any car short of a 500+ HP two wheel drive car, which you might need the TCS. Just my two cents. If you turned that off, then the above tuning looks viable. I usually just tweak and set the rear sway bar to 7 and the front to 1, with 3 or 4 units off max springs, every other suspension thing stock.

sum up:

11 or so front springs
12 or so rear
1 front sway bar
7 rear sway bar

Yup.

Same game and type of car, yet everybody sets it up different. Everybody has their own way of driving. My basic way of setting it up is always softer front to back, camber is at 3.0 front and 4.0 back with 1.0 toe in rear. Race and win the Star of Pleiades Subaru race and get the Impreza Touring Car-potential to earn 150K if you end up selling the car after winning all of the races. I've used that race just to earn money to buy other cars-kept one touring car and have sold two so far (95K each). Man I love this game!
