cool.
were you in the military group or the civilian group? it was fun with the military group on the inclines to keep pace. how did you do? i kinda messed up as i had to #1 from the start, and held it for 5 miles. also, i took the longer route by flora dec/kmart. next time i'll take the shorter route, but which is correct way? b

yep.
i kept getting thrown off by the military groups constantly stopping and going. their timing for some of the lyrics/shouting was funny though. they were saying something about being weak and quitting right when there was a ton of people walking on the side. good motivation to constantly run though. i guess i'll try to practice for next time. b
ps. kinda scary with the guys running w/ flags though. sharp objects and running are not good.

yep.
that pace looked hard. plus, keeping yourself from running into the person in front must've been fun. at least i could weave around people. yeah, that looked a little slow. the guys sprinting back and forth on the side must've felt better being able to stretch out every so often. at least the pace seemed good up the hills. b

"Equal opportunity"
i must admit that there were several equal opportunity individuals in the civilian crowd that kept me going.
