Good Shop Estimates?

Alright wife shipped her WRX from VA to HI....and checked the car out has a 6 inch scratch across the back bumper. The shippers say get and estimate and fax it to NJ. So i am asking where is the best shop that would do a good job in getting it out???????? I would like to have pretty good quality done to the repair.
